About the setup fee

Forty-five hundred dollars, one time. We do the work.

Most service-business software hands you a login and expects you to figure out the rest. Six months later you're still setting it up. We do it differently. The setup fee pays for us to get your business running on VeloxOS so you don't have to.

Here's what we actually do:

Move your customers over. Customer list, services, pricing, past jobs. We pull it from wherever you have it today into VeloxOS.
Get your texting turned on. We handle the carrier approvals so the business texts you send actually reach customers and don't get flagged as spam.
Connect payments and receipts. Customers can pay you through the booking page. They get an email receipt. You get the money the next day.
Put your booking page online. Your logo, your colors, your business name, your services. Customers land on a page that feels like you. Hosted by us so you never deal with servers going down.
Write your first campaigns with you. We sit down on a call and build out the text messages that will go to your customers. No staring at a blank template.
Train your team. We walk whoever will actually use VeloxOS through the daily workflow. Dispatch, inbox, booking, reviews. Until they're confident.
Check back in 30 days. One hour on the phone with the founder a month after you go live. We tune your campaigns using the data you've actually generated, not a guess.

You pay once. We deliver a running business system and stay on the line long enough to make sure it's actually working.

Questions we get asked

The short answers.

Is there an annual contract?: No. Every plan is month to month with a 30-day notice period. You can cancel whenever. We'd rather earn your renewal every month than lock you into one.
What happens if I send more texts than my plan covers?: We watch your usage and give you a heads-up before you run into a cap. No surprise bills. When your volume grows past Growth, we move you to Enterprise with a quote you approve first.
Do you charge for our customers to book?: No. Your customers book through your own branded page. We don't take a cut of rebookings, referrals, or memberships. You keep all of it.
Can we really launch in a week?: Yes, when the data is clean. Most installs are live within five business days of the kickoff call. A complex migration from an enterprise platform can take longer. We'll tell you before you pay.
What if we outgrow Starter?: You move up. The upgrade is seamless and prorated. You don't pay another setup fee.
Can we use the texting number we already have?: Yes. If you already have a business texting number registered with the carriers, we hook it up to VeloxOS and your existing customers never notice the switch. If you don't have one, we set it up for you as part of onboarding.

We're opening ten spots. Half off the setup fee, weekly office hours with the founder, and first access to every feature we ship. In exchange we ask for a testimonial once you're live. That's the whole deal.
