The operating system for service businesses done with phone tag

Your customers stopped answering the phone. They'll text you back in 30 seconds.

That $2,500 job you lost to the guy who picked up first? We built VeloxOS so next time, your customer texts you back instead.

Field-service owners running a couple of crews, storefront and clinic owners managing a front desk. Same pain either way: admin time wasted on phone tag, bookings that slip through voicemail, software that was built for someone smaller or someone bigger. VeloxOS is the one platform that works for both. SMS-first. Built by operators. Installed by us.

What you actually get back

One $2,500 job

a week recovered

The bookings your current tool loses to voicemail, missed texts, and phone tag. They stop slipping.

5+ hours

a week back to admin

No more chasing confirmations, copy-pasting from a spreadsheet, or re-typing the same text to ten customers.

0%

per-booking fees

We charge a flat monthly subscription. You keep every dollar your regulars pay you. Every time.

Which one are you?

Two lanes. Same platform.

We go to them

Field service

Window cleaning, pest control, pressure washing, HVAC, lawn care, carpet cleaning. You run routes. Your customers want same-week service. Dispatch chaos costs you a $2,500 job every week.

  • Drag-and-drop dispatch across crews and days
  • SMS drip campaigns that book customers by reply
  • Online booking that respects your crew's actual working days
  • Post-job reviews that route good ones to Google and bad ones to you

They come to us

Storefront and clinic

Medspa, salon, aesthetics, chiropractic, dental. You run a location. Your front desk misses 15 bookings a day. Every one of those was going to be a regular.

  • Provider and room scheduling with real calendar conflict checks
  • Memberships, packages, and loyalty with real billing
  • Branded intake forms and a client portal per customer
  • Lifecycle automations for recall, birthday, lapse, and expiring memberships

Sound familiar?

You've been here before.

The tool you picked when you were solo worked great when you were solo. Now there are two or three crews. The app crashes on a job site. Support hours end before your last stop of the day. Your dispatcher opened a spreadsheet again this morning.

So you looked at the enterprise option. Three hundred dollars per tech per month. Six weeks of training. A feature list so big the crew is scared to open the app. You closed the tab.

The platform built for your industry locked you into a year. Then it started charging twenty percent when your own regular rebooked through its app. You called to cancel. You are still on hold.

You don't need more software. You need one that picks up when your customer texts at 7:42 pm. That's what we built.

What we built

Conversations, not forms.

Every booking starts with a customer reply. One thread per person, every touch tracked, nothing lost to voicemail. The whole platform is designed so a customer can book from wherever they already live.

01

Text goes out

Drip schedules by exact date and time. Every SMS includes a personalized booking link. Landline numbers auto-flag for a manual call.

02

Customer replies

YESbooks the proposed time.LATERfrees the slot and sends a 30-day self-book link. Anything off-script lands in your inbox with a push.

03

Job shows up on the calendar

Drag-and-drop dispatch. Off-day warnings. Pending-until-confirmed bookings for the ones you sold on a door. Reviews routed after completion.

What's in the box

The details most software gets wrong.

Drip precision

Campaign messages fire at the exact minute you scheduled them. Edit a step mid-sequence and the customers already in flight keep their spot. No accidental blasts.

Scoped booking links

The link you text a customer after a LATER reply opens the full booking window. The link you text after a YES reply locks them to the campaign dates. Right scope, every time.

Off-day guardrails

Your calendar knows who works Saturdays. Book a Saturday anyway if the customer insists. The warning is visible, the override is one click. No surprises on Monday.

Landline safety net

Before we send an SMS to a new number, we check if it's a landline. Landlines surface to dispatch for a callback. We never burn your SMS credits on an undeliverable number.

One tenant per org

Your SMS number, your A2P 10DLC registration, your branded booking page, your customer data. Other orgs on the platform never touch any of it.

Post-job that respects the rating

4 or 5 stars get a testimonial video request and a referral form. 1-3 go to a review queue for you to handle. Nobody gets asked for a Google review after a bad service.

Is this you?

We built this for a specific operator.

This is for you if

  • • You book $500K to $10M a year, and missed leads cost you more than missed labor.
  • • Your customers already text your personal cell because your booking system is too slow.
  • • You have 2+ crews, 2+ locations, or 2+ service lines that don't fit a one-size template.
  • • Stopping one $2,500 job from slipping through the cracks each week would pay for this tomorrow.

This is not for you if

  • • You're solo and under $200K. The cheap tools work fine at that size.
  • • You like six-week onboardings and quarterly business reviews.
  • • Your customers still leave voicemails.
  • • You're shopping for the cheapest option on the market.

Done-for-you onboarding

You bought the tool. We install it.

No configuring. No six-week rollout. We set up your account, import your customers, register your SMS number, and train your team. Your first drip goes out the day you're ready for it to.

01

Import

Your customer list, service catalog, pricing, and any campaign history you've got sitting in a spreadsheet.

02

Wire

Twilio number, A2P 10DLC registration, Stripe, Resend, a branded booking page, your domain. We handle all of it.

03

Launch

Templates seeded, team trained, dispatch live. Your first paying customer can be booked by the end of the week.

Investment

$1,500 a month. $3,000 one-time to install it.

Month to month. Thirty-day notice to cancel. No annual contract. When you apply we'll quote you for what you actually need, based on your crews, locations, and SMS volume.

Founding customer program

Ten spots. Fifty percent off onboarding. A direct line to the founder.

The first ten businesses to sign get a lifetime-discounted setup fee, weekly office hours with the founder, and first access to every feature we ship. In exchange we ask for a quick testimonial once you're live. We're not looking for more customers. We're looking for the right ten.

Built by an operator

From the field, not a conference room.

VeloxOS started as AquaFlow, a booking system I built for my own window cleaning company across Arizona, Idaho, and Utah. Before AquaFlow we ran the business on a Google Sheet, a Zapier flow that broke every third week, and a team chat nobody read. We were losing bookings in voicemail every single day.

Three weeks after the first SMS campaign went out, we'd booked $12,400 in two days. The tool grew from there. It now runs dispatch, reviews, payments, and lifecycle automations for storefront and clinic businesses on the same platform.

Same codebase I use on my own business. Same founder on the other end of the line.

Stop losing the next booking.

Apply for the founding program. If we're a fit we'll set up a demo, scope the install, and send a custom quote within 48 hours.
